BASE - focuses on basic movement for newcomers to CrossFit to increase their body awareness, mobility, strength and cardio using rowers, ski-erg, bike and free weights in an aim prepare them for a main CrossFit class.  CF - 60 minute traditional CrossFit class that consists of a warm up, technique and skill run through, strength and a WOD (Workout of the day).  WL- Weightlifting is a 60-90 minute class focused on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk; movements that are within Crossfit. Mostly focused on technique, barbell cycling, strength and stability in weightlifting.
