JOINING THE COMMUNITY

  • Is there an age limit?

We accept members as young as 13 years of age up to any age. We do have a separate package for teenagers. We expect all ages to start with our BASE classes before moving onto Crossfit.

  • Can I join a class if I haven’t done any type of fitness before?

Yes! Our BASE class is a beginners class, our coaches will asses your body weight movements and body awareness during the warm ups. All our programs are scalable to your individuals abilities. 

  • Do I need to be fit or strong to join your classes?

No! Our classes consist of members of all different fitness levels and strengths, all classes are scalable to your individual abilities and we ensure that both fitness and strength levels will be progressed through BASE classes onto Crossfit. 

  • Is it okay for me to join a class if I have an injury?

Depends on the extent of your injury, we prefer you speak to one of our coaches about your injury before joining a class. 

  • Will CrossFit help me lose weight?

Crossfit will help to a certain extent. Nutrition, sleep and daily stress are also factors you need to consider when trying to reach a certain goal. You can speak to any of our coaches about your individual goals for guidance.

  • Will CrossFit help me gain muscle?

Yes. Crossfit will help you gain muscle depending on your body’s ability to gain muscle. Some women gain more muscle than others, and some faster than others. Nutrition is also a big part of gaining muscle. 

TIMINGS & SCHEDULE

  • Do you have Open gym?

Yes, we do have open gym. Off peak hours are from 11 am - 3 pm Sunday to Thursday. 10 am to 1 pm Saturdays. 

  • What is your class schedule?

You can find out class schedule here. There might be some changes every now and then, so be patient with updating the schedule on the website. Please call 04-2215212 front desk to confirm current schedules. 

  • What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are from 9 am to 7 pm from Sunday to Thursday, and 10 am to 1 pm Saturdays. 

  • Do I need to book for every class?

We prefer you book your class ahead of time to claim your spot in class. We cannot ensure that we have spaces when there is a full class. 

  • How do I book classes?

You can book your spot on the application. 

  • Where can I find the programming for the class?

Our programming will be posted daily on the app. 

MEMBERSHIPS

  • What’s your membership packages?

You can find our membership packages here. Our memberships are unlimited and all access including open gym. However, there are challenges that are offered some times of the year that are do not include our monthly unlimited packages, and will have to be paid separately.

  • Can I freeze my membership?

Yes, you can freeze your membership, please call front desk for more information.
